Without a doubt one of the tightest time frames we have had to complete a project. Pouring the main slab on the Thursday before Easter. We then had only about 12 weeks to complete the 500+m2 building including external works.

The paint was still drying as the cleaner came in and the floor were still wet as the client moved in. But we are pleased to say that we made it!

Construction is due for completion in mid-October.This large 3 level extension on the southern elevation complements the work we did on eastern elevational almost 6 years ago.

The main construction is 200mm concrete filled masonry walls, suspended concrete floors with the outside of building to be clad using a Fibro cement sheeting called “Matrix “.

There is extensive out door verandas & patios and  in-ground pool and  these are just a few of the features of this spectacular home.

An old concrete house was demolished to make way for the new bubuilding and the main challenge on this job will be working on  a very narrow site .
